At Rackets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Whether the tension isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused racket or accessory in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the factory plastic remains on the handle.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
