We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Generally, a larger grip prevents tennis elbow, while weight depends on your swing speed and skill level.
Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Most of our performance rackets are sold unstrung to allow for customization, while beginner and intermediate models typically come pre-strung with factory tension.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that rackets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle is removed or if they have been used on court.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for players who need their gear before a big match.
Do you offer professional restringing services?
Yes, we offer a mail-in restringing service. You can select your preferred string type and tension on our 'Services' page, and our certified stringers will handle the rest.
